Jamison Warranty
Superior Quality & Value
Congratulations on your Sleep Set!
You have just selected one of the finest sleep systems available. Our principle objective is to give you the best night’s sleep you have ever had. While 100% satisfaction is our goal, and countless steps are taken to ensure that our customers will never need these warranties, in the event that warranty service is needed, please take a few minutes to review these guidelines.
Length of Warranty
This warranty starts on the date of the purchase. To determine how long it lasts, refer to the products law tag and the warranty schedule. Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation neither renews nor extends this limited warranty.
If a problem occurs:
In the unlikely event that a problem with this product occurs, contact the store where you made your purchase and they will handle your warranty claim. If you have moved or the store is no longer in business, contact us via US mail by writing to: Jamison Warranty Dept., 2652 Fisher Road, Suite A, Columbus, OH 43204-3534.
For this limited warranty to be valid:
- 1. You must be the original purchaser and have purchased the sleep set from one of our authorized dealers in North America.
- 2. You must provide a copy of the original store receipt.
- 3. The law-label must be attached to the product.
If the problem occurs during the no-charge period (based on information on the law tag and the warranty schedule), we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the mattress and/or foundation (only the defective piece) within a reasonable period of time without charge to the customer excluding transportation cost. If such a problem occurs after the no-charge period but prior to the end of the warranty period, we will replace the mattress or foundation (at our discretion) with a prorated charge to the customer as determined by the warranty schedule.
Replacement or repair of the defective mattress and/or foundation is the only remedy covered under this warranty. If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality at our discretion.
Your rights under state law
This warranty gives you specific rights under state law. Please refer to individual state laws when determining rights and regulations.
What this warranty does not cover:
- • Mattress fabric (including stains, soiling, burns, tears, and loose threads).
- • Mattress covers that are not colorfast. We recommend you use a mattress pad to protect the mattress surface as stains or soiled mattress will void your warranty.
- • Normal body impressions of 1 ½” or less.
- • Normal body impressions of ¾” or less for “all Latex” mattresses.
- • Border wires, which run along the mattress and foundation perimeter, bent during moving or bending of the sleep set.
- • Mattress damage due to an improper foundation. (This mattress is designed for full performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of a total sleep system).
- • Replacement of another, non-defective piece in the sleep set.
- • Change in comfort preference.
- • Structural damage from using an improper support frame.
- • This warranty applies to a king or queen size mattress or foundation ONLY if they are used on a bed frame with center support having at least 5 legs or 5 hardwood cross slats with center support that extends to the floor.
- • Clearance products sold “as is” or floor models.
- • Bed height and doorway/entrance clearance.
- • Transportation/Delivery Cost. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return or arrange for the products return. Costs associated with a warranty replacement or repair are not covered under this limited warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse service when the product is found to be soiled or in an unsanitary condition or when product failure is a result of causes other than defective materials or workmanship.

Your new mattress is not fire-proof. Your new mattress meets fire safety standards issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission when used by itself or with a foundation specified on the federal law tag attached to the mattress. Your new mattress will (compared to older mattresses), if ignited, burn more slowly and less intensely, giving you more time to escape.
Mattress Maintenance Instructions
Two-Sided Beds
Routine turning of your mattress on the Two-Sided Beds will extend the life of your sleep set. The frequency of turning depends on your personal sleeping habits and physique. You should turn your mattress end-to-end and side to side every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then once every 2 months thereafter if you notice an uneven surface. Turn your box spring end-to-end every 6 months.
- Rotate mattress on top of the box spring counter-clockwise.
- Mattress should overhang end of box spring by a third or more.
- Lift mattress up on its edge as illustrated.
- Lower mattress on over to expose other side.
- Rotate mattress counter-clockwise again to place opposite end at head.
- Your mattress will last longer if you turn your mattress over and end-to-end regularly.
Single Side Beds
The Single Side Beds are built with a no-flip design. To help equalize body impressions, please rotate your mattress as part of the maintenance of the product. The mattress will need to be rotated every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then once every 2 months after that.
- Push at opposite corners while mattress is lying flat.
- Rotate mattress clockwise or counter-clockwise 180°.
- Realign your mattress with the foundation and there you are...
Rotated end for end! DO NOT TURN MATTRESS OVER!
